ART EXHIBIT OPENS TODAY

"Womanhood, the Transitions," an autobiographical exhibition of assemblage, collage and photography by Peggy Ann Turner will open today at noon at Virginia Tech's Armory Art Gallery, 201 Draper Road. An artist's reception will be held from 5 until 7 this evening.

Gallery hours are noon-5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and noon-4 p.m. Saturdays.

Turner's exhibit will run through Dec. 11. Call 231-5547.
