OBIT HORNE, LOUISE J.

HORNE, Louise J., 83, of Saltville, died Tuesday, November 9, 1993, in the Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon. She was a charter member of the Four-Seasons Garden Club. Mrs. Horne was preceded in death by her husband, Earle Smith McNeil Horne Sr. Survivors include one sone, Earle Smith Horne Jr, Blowing Rock, N.C.; three daughters, Patsy Horne DeBord, Marion, Betsy Horne Little, Blacksburg, Jo Horne Schmidt, Milwaukee, Wi.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 7:30 p.m., Thursday, November 11, 1993, in the D.R. Henderson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Henderson Funeral Home, Saltville. Services for the family will be held at the Mount Rose Mausoleum on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saltville Rescue Squad in memory of Earl and Louise Horne.
