ANGEL TREE BEGINS NOV. 19

The Salvation Army's annual Angel Tree program - to buy clothing and toys for needy area youngsters _ will begin for the holiday season Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. at New River Valley Mall.

Mall shoppers can adopt one or more angels, buy a gift for each and return them to the angel trees. The Salvation Army will deliver the gifts later.

Angel trees will be available during regular mall hours through Dec. 14. Call Sgt. Tom Atkins, 980-2400, to find out more.
