Because of a reporter's error, two names were incorrect in Sunday's profile of Bedford County Sheriff Carl Wells. The correct names are Robert Ashwell and Ora Dale Wells.

CBS' "Return to Lonesome Dove" is a seven-hour miniseries that began Sunday and continues tonight and Thursday on WDBJ-Channel 7. A story in Saturday's Spectator erroneously reported the miniseries' viewing time.

Kenneth C. Laughon's name was misspelled in a business story Saturday. He is president of Carter Machinery Co. Inc.
