OBIT FERGUSON, RICHARD E.

FERGUSON, Richard E., 50, of Roanoke, died Sunday, November 14, 1993, following a lengthy illness. He was retired from the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local #491. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Myers Ferguson; a daughter, Lynn Ferguson, Roanoke; a son, Richard G. Ferguson, Ft. Hood, Texas; mother, Rebecca Ferguson, Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; four sisters; a brother and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 1993, with the Rev. Charles R. Doyle officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel after 5 p.m. Monday, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
