Mary Catherine Terry, executive director of the Virginia Water Project, will speak on "Water and Wastewater Facilities for Rural Communities" during the second November roundtable of the Center for Public Administration and Policy, Friday, 4 p.m., in the seminar room, Thomas-Conner House, 104 Draper Road.

The Virginia Water Project brings water and wastewater facilities and related services to rural residents of Virginia and six other Southeastern states.
