OBIT FRAZIER, LATTIE AUSTIN

FRAZIER, Lattie Austin, of Narrows, died Tuesday, November 16, 1993, in the Richfield Nursing Center in Salem. She was born in Grayson County, and was the daughter of the late Alex Bledsoe and Nancy Catherine Bruner Austin. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Narrows, where she was the Sunday School teacher in the ladies bible class. She was a member of the United Methodist Women, Narrows Chapter of A.A.R.P., McComas Chapter U.D.C. and a member of the Daughters of American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hampton L. Frazier. She is survived by a brother, June E. Austin, Oakdale, Pa.; three sisters, Kate Atkins, Logan, W.Va., Rose Wintergreen, Pittsburg, Pa., Blanche A. Smith, Salem; a special niece and nephew, Doris and Steve Vranch, McConnell, W.Va. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church, Narrows, with Rev. Ralph Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Narrows. The family will meet their friends at Riffe's Funeral Service, Narrows, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
