OBIT CLARK, HELEN MILES
CLARK, Helen Miles, 62, of Martinsville, died Friday, November 19, 1993,
from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
She was dead on arrival at the RJR Patrick County Memorial Hospital in Stuart.
She was the daughter of the late George Spencer Miles and the late May Clark
Miles. For many years, she was the Operating Room Spervisor for the Memorial
Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County. She also was an associate with the
office of Dr. John Robert Clark on Hospital Drive in Martinsville. She is
survived by her husband, Dr. John Robert Clark of Martinsville; three
stepchildren, Mrs. Jane Peluso, Richmond, John Robert Clark III, Lexington,
Ky., and William S. Clark, Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. Eva Miles Moore,
Martinsville; four stepgrandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Clark will be
2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stuart United Methodist Church, with burial in the
Stuart Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at
Moody Funeral Home, Stuart.
