OBIT BURKE, JOE THOMAS JR.

BURKE, Joe Thomas Jr., 48, of Radford, died Sunday morning, November 21, 1993, at Radford Community Hospital. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Dalton Byrd of Radford; one son, Howard Jeffrey Burke of Charleston, W.Va.; one daughter, Elenor Rebecca Burke of Nashville, Tenn.; one sister, Brenda Kay Alley of Raleigh, N.C.; one half-sister, Jo Ann Burke of Roanoke; one brother, John Paul Burke of Radford. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 23, 1993, at 11 a.m. from the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in WestView Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 to 9 at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford.
