OBIT BROSS, ROGER BARRETT

BROSS, Roger Barrett, 77, of Radford, passed away Sunday, November 21, 1993. He was a retired electrical design engineer with Inland Motors. He was a 1939 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in electrical engineering, where he worked with Dr. Draper in the instrumentation lab. Moving to Radford in 1964, he worked with Inland Motors until his retirement. Most recently he was self-employed, doing consultation work as a professional engineer. He was also a private pilot. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Moon Bross, Radford; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Earl B. Roles, Pulaski; two sons, Barrett Moon Bross, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; Aldrich B. Bross, Moscow, Idaho; one granddaughter, Angelique Secondine, Windsor, Conn. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in the form of contributions to The Presbyterian Church of Radford or to the American Cancer Society. Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
