National Commerce Bancorporation, Memphis, Tenn., operator of NBC banks in Kroger supermarkets in Western Virginia, has increased its common stock dividend 12.5 percent. The new quarterly dividend of 15 cents a share is payable Jan. 3 to stockholders on Dec. 3.
