OBIT-NAPIER, LENA CORN

NAPIER, Lena Corn, 85, of Boones Mill, died Tuesday, November 23, 1993, at her residence. She was the widow of Jacob W. (Jake) Napier, and was a member of Boones Mill Baptist Church. Surviving are one sister, Hattie Welch, Winston-Salem, N.C.; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Helen Pate. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside, Mountain View Memorial Park, 11 a.m. Friday, with Rev. James Steele officiating. Friends may call after noon Thursday, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 342 South Main St., Rocky Mount.
