OBIT PEARSON, HELEN C.
PEARSON, Helen C., 86, of Roanoke, died Sunday morning, November 28, 1993,
in a local hospital. Mrs. Pearson was the widow of William E. Pearson. She was
a member of Grandin Court Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, John Barry
Pearson of Roanoke; brothers, Roy L. Clowers and Jessie F. Clowers, both of
Elliston; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Butt; a sister-in-law, Louise Clowers, both of
Elliston; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Roy C. and Mary Kinsey of
Roanoke; also a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11 a.m.
Tuesday at Oakey's South Chapel. The Rev. Philip Motley, the Rev. Carol
Johnston and the Rev. Robert Hamner will officiate. Interment will be in
Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel from 11 a.m.
Monday.
