OBIT HODGES, APRIL DAWN

HODGES, April Dawn, 16, of Rocky Mount, died Sunday morning, November 28, 1993, as the result of an automobile accident. April was a Junior at Franklin County High School. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Thomas Hodges and Mrs. Martha Ferguson. Surviving are her parents, Archie Taylor and Joan Ferguson Hodges; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Archie Taylor Hodges Jr. and Barbara Hodges, Roanoke, Harold Thomas ("Tommy") and Margie Hodges, Glade Hill; Edward Ray ("Eddie") and Debbie Hodges, Rocky Mount; two sisters, Bobbie Jo Hodges, Rocky Mount, Loretta Dale Hodges of the home; nieces and nephews, Starlena Kay Chisom, Eric Chisom, Rebel Ray Hodges, Joanna Justina May Hodges, Alexandria Paige Hodges, and Michael James Moran. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Gary Hazelwood and Rev. Frank Prillaman officiating. Interment will follow in the Hodges-Lynch Family Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday, with the family receiving friends from 7 until 9 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 342 South Main St., Rocky Mount.
