OBIT MAYHAN, MINNIE ESTELLA

MAYHAN, Minnie Estella, 78, of Roanoke, formerly of Franklin County, passed away Saturday, November 27, 1993. Survivors include two brothers and a sister-in-law, Otis and Ruby Robertson, Boones Mill; Elex Robertson, Rocky Mount; two sisters, Helen Robertson, Newark, N.J.; Eunice Gill, Rocky Mount; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 3 p.m., at the Rising Sun Baptist Church in Penhook, with the Rev. Connie Lee officiating, with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 until 8 p.m. at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
