MENTAL HEALTH GROUP ELECTS 1994 OFFICERS

Ann F. Harman has been elected president of the board of directors of the Mental Health Association of Roanoke Valley for 1994.

Other officers elected are: Kathryn Van Patten, president-elect; Kay G. Kostura, secretary; and Dr. Jeff Wetter, treasurer.

The board also named several new members: Dr. Maureen Guelzow, Amy Lowman, Toni Tillman, Dr. David Trinkle, Ellen Weinman and Faith Wilson.

\ Child-care center board elects officers

Carl T. Tinsley has been elected president of the board of directors of Northwest Child Development Center for 1993-94.

Other recently elected officers are: Beverly Lambert, vice president; Dorothy Alleyne, secretary; and Jim Lindsey, acting treasurer.

The center also recently received a $500 grant from the C. Mead Boxley Fund, awarded by the Foundation for Roanoke Valley, to replace the center's playground storage shed.
