Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. Sisson of Salem, announce the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Maureen, to Terry M. Owen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Doc Owen of Dallas, Texas. Deborah, currently a senior at Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg, will graduate in May. Terry, a former Sgt. in the U.S. Marines, plans to attend the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. A summer wedding is planned.
