Dottie Gayle Barbour and JamesRonald Webb were joined in matrimony on November 27, 1993 on Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Va. with Reverend Berlin Hanks officiating. A small reception for the families was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Barton Reynolds immediately following the ceremony. A reception for friends and the families was held onDecember 4, 1993 at Botetourt Country Club in Troutville, Va. The brideis the daughter of Mrs. Della W. Barbour and the late Henry W. Barbour ofMartinsville, Va. She is a graduate of Franklin County High School andNational Business College and is employed by the International Brotherhood of Firemen & Oilers. The bridegroom is the son of W.H. Webb, Sr., of Roanoke Virginia and Mrs. Sarah Walsh ofLynchburg, Va. He is a graduate ofSuitland High School, Suitland, Maryland and served in the Navy, and is employed by Chris's Chevron. The couple will reside in Roanoke, Va., after a wedding trip to Florida.
