GUNTER, Daniel Webster, 86, of Troutville, died Saturday, December 4, 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Josie L. Gunter of Troutville; five sons, Robert
L. Harris, Daniel Clyde Gunter both of Roanoke, Thomas Jefferson Gunter,
Donald W. Gunter both of Richmond, David L. Simmons, Salem; four daughters,
Geraldine Hudson, Roanoke, Grace Jean Hogan, Alesia L. Williams both of
Fincastle, Patricia Ann Neal of Richmond; two sisters, Susan Cesta of
Tazewell, Va., Violet Edwards of Vista, Va.; 24 grandchildren; 14
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 7, 1993,
2 p.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with the Wallace S. Post officiating.
Interment will follow in the Daleville Cemetery. The family will receive
friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
