At Chatham, Ron Mitchell hit six 3-pointers and scored 34 points to lead Carlisle over Hargrave Military Academy 73-67 in the Virginia Independent Conference Monday.

Paul Ford added 16 for Carlisle (1-2, 1-1). J.D. Draper chipped in 10 for the Chiefs.
