AUTO RACING KULWICKI CRASH REPORT DELAYED

Computer problems have delayed the forwarding of an investigator's report on the plane crash that killed NASCAR driver Alan Kulwicki and three others, a federal official said Wednesday.

Preston Hicks, chief for the Southeast field office of the National Transportation Safety Board in Atlanta, said computer problems have delayed delivery of the report to the NTSB in Washington, D.C. Hicks said the NTSB likely will issue its report on the crash within three to six months of receiving the investigator's report. He hopes to forward the report early next week.
