SHIVELY, Coy Thomas, 74, of Rt. 2, Ferrum, died Tuesday, December 7, 1993,
at his home. Surviving are his wife, Altrude R. Shively; one daughter,
Patricia S. Bowles of Rocky Mount; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Beth
Shively of Ferrum; five grandchildren, Julie Bowles, Adam Bowles, Kelly
Bowles, Garrett Shively and Walker Shively; three sisters, Beulah Shively of
Ferrum, Lelia Shelbourne of Roanoke and Lillian Kelly of Rocky Mount; two
brothers, Frank Shively of Rocky Mount and Marvin Shively of Ferrum. Funeral
service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday from Lynch Chapel with Rev. Jeff Wade
and Rev. Curtis Christian officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove
Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Thursday where
the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m.
