Karen Keehner and Jeffrey Williamson are engaged and planning to be married August 13, 1994 in Fincastle. Karen is the daughter of Mrs. Merna Keehner of Savanna, Illinois and the late Virgil Keehner. She is a graduate ofSavanna High School and Illinois State University, and is employed by Roanoke County Schools. Jeffrey is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Williamson of Fincastle. He is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and Radford University, and is employed by United Parcel Service.
