OBIT PRICE, JUSTIN LINWOOD

PRICE, Justin Linwood, 80, of Price's Fork, died Wednesday, December 15, 1993, at Radford Community Hospital. He was a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church and had retired from Radford Army Ammunition Plant after 35 years of service. He was a World War II veteran having served in the South Pacific with the Army. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Simpson Price; three daughters, Patsy Dickerson, Staunton, Rhonda Gilmer, Abingdon, Rosalind West, Richlands; one sister, Stella P. Keister, Price's Fork; six grandchildren, Michael Dickerson, Richmond, Stephen Dickerson, Charlottesville, Holly and Beth Gilmer, Abingdon, Matt and Drew West, Richlands; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 17, at St. Michael Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jacob Mayer officiating. Interment will follow in the Snider Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Lutheran Church, 2308 Merrimac Road, Blacksburg, Va. 24060. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
