OBIT-ANDERSON, W. RUDOLPH

ANDERSON, W. Rudolph, ("Andy"), 86, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, December 16, 1993. He was a member of Oakland Baptist Church, was a retired manager for Armour & Company, Bluefield, W.Va., and was a Army veteran of World War II. He was predeceased by his wife, Mrs. Lula Firebaugh Anderson. Mr. Anderson is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Marlene A. and Paul L. Huffman, Roanoke; two grandchildren, Paul L. Huffman Jr. and wife, Mariann, Roanoke, Stacy H. Campbell and husband, Steven, Roanoke; three great-grandchildren, Bryan T. Huffman, Andrew T. Campbell, and Caitlin P. Campbell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, with the Rev. Kelly Dampeer officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
