OBIT-STANLEY, SAMUEL E.

STANLEY, Samuel E., 95, of Troutville, died Wednesday, December 15, 1993, in a local nursing home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Bonsack Stanley and was a member of Bonsack Baptist Church. Surviving are one brother, Randolph Stanley, Roanoke; stepdaughter, Betty Bonsack Shaver and husband, Jack, Charleston, W.Va. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Bonsack Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted noon Friday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel by Dr. Robert G. Moore III. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call from 11 a.m. Friday until service time at Oakey's Roanoke.
