OBIT-WOMMACK, JOSEPH B., ("JOE")

WOMMACK, Joseph B., ("Joe"), 64, of Roanoke, died Thursday, December 16, 1993 at his home. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a retired employee of CMT Sporting Goods. Mr. Wommack was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn K. Wommack. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Randal Wood, Karen and Russell Meiss; a son, Joseph R. (Bobby) Wommack; four grandchildren, Kimberly and Rebecca Wood, Shannon and Paul Joseph Meiss, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Carter Sloan and the Rev. Claude Dykes officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Vale Cemetery, Floyd County. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Oakey's South Chapel.
