BURKETT-FERGUSON

Jennifer Leigh Ferguson and Richard Daryl Burkett were married December 18, 1993 at Garden City Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Robert E. Fields officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Ferguson of Vinton. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie D. Burkett of Roanoke.

The bride's hand beaded Alencon lace dress was accented with silk rosettes adorning each shoulder and back of waist. She carried a cascading bouquet of calla lilies and red carnations.

The maid of honor was Nicole Gervase. Cyndi Mullin was bridesmaid and Vanessa Ferguson, sister of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. Mary Ellen Trout attended the guestbook.

Kristopher Burkett, brother of the groom, was best man. The groomsmen were Bryan Salmon and Mike Firestone. Jarrett Roche was ringbearer.

The couple, graduates of William Byrd High School, will make their home inAlbuquerque, New Mexico, where the groom is stationed with the United States Air Force.
