MILLNER FARES WELL AT HERITAGE MEET

William Fleming's Dominick Millner scored big Saturday at the Heritage Invitational indoor track meet in Lynchburg.

Millner won the 600-yard run in 1 minute, 19.8 seconds, placed second in the long jump with a leap of 21 feet, 6 1/4 inches, and finished fourth in the 300-yard run with a time of 34.7 seconds.

Fleming finished third in the meet behind second-place Patrick Henry, and champion G.W.-Danville.

Patrick Henry finished second in the girls competition as well, behind champion E.C. Glass.
