OBIT-EMORE, MARY LEE
EMORE, Mary Lee, 88, of Fairfield, Va. died Friday, December 17, 1993, in
the Stonewall Jackson Hospital, Lexington. Miss Emore was born on June 12,
1905, in Rockbridge Co., Va. a daughter of the late John Edward Emore and
Elizabeth Frances Agnor Emore. She was a member of the Timber Ridge A.R.P.
Church, Lexington. Miss Emore is survived by a sister and brother-in-law,
William and Elsie E. Holmes of Dennis, Mass., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 20, 1993, at 11 a.m. from
the Timber Ridge A.R.P. Church with Rev. Robert C. Gordon officiating. Burial
will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to
5 p.m. Sunday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
