HOLLANS, Mary Jane, 89, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, December 19, 1993.
Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Robert Waker,
Hallie L. Murray, Nettie and Leroy Johnson, Dorathie and Willie McGee, all of
Roanoke; one daughter-in-law, Alice Schultz, Roanoke; three stepdaughters,
Lenora Bolden, Roanoke, Gainer Brown, New York, Dorothy Smith, Arizona; one
stepson, Clarence Wallace, Roanoke; 46 grandchildren; and a host of great and
great-great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Alberta Jones, Philadelphia; a
devoted friend, Evelyn Brooks, Roanoke; other relatives; and friends. Funeral
services will be Thursday, 11 a.m., St. Matthew Church of God Apostolic. Elder
Milton Hardy will officiate with interment in Williams Memorial Park. The
family will receive friends Wednesday 7 to 8 p.m. at the church. Arrangements
by Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
