2 VIRGINIANS NAMED TO FIRST UNION BOARD

First Union Corp., Charlotte, N.C. parent of First Union National Bank of Virginia, on Tuesday elected two Virginians to its board of directors.

They are William H. Goodwin Jr., 53, chairman of the Richmond-based CCA Industries Inc., and Randolph N. Reynolds, 52, executive vice president at Richmond-based Reynolds Metals Co.
