OBIT-HARKRADER, FRANK BERNARD JR.

HARKRADER, Frank Bernard Jr., 78, of Radford, died Wednesday, December 22, 1993, at his home. He was the former owner of Central Market in Radford. He was born June 1, 1915, to the late Frank B. Harkrader Sr. and Janie Smith. He is survived by his wife, Irene S. Harkrader of Radford; two sons, Robert M. ("Mack") Harkrader of Winston-Salem, N.C., George B. Harkrader of Radford; two daughters, Judy H. Woolwine of Radford, Trudy H. Taylor of Radford; one sister, Lawna Hurd of Pulaski; four grandchildren, Amanda Harkrader, Todd Harkrader, Robert A. Harkrader, and Mary Beth Harkrader. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday from the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Clarence Dishman and Will Robbins officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford.
