OBIT-BROGAN, ELIZABETH LUCILLE TERRELL
BROGAN, Elizabeth Lucille Terrell, 70, of Lexington, and widow of Kenneth
M. Brogan, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 21, 1993, at her residence. She
was born on April 13, 1923 in Rockbridge Baths, a daughter of the late Robert
B. and Nellie Mae (Whitmore) Terrell. Mrs. Brogan retired after 12 years
service with the Home Care Service. Also, she was a member of the Lexington
Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by
a son, Robert H. Brogan. Survivors include a son, David Terrell Brogan of
Lexington; three sisters, Mrs. Katherine T. Wood of Arlington, Mrs. Blair T.
Wade of Raphine and Mrs. Ellen T. Wilhite of Goshen. Funeral services will be
conducted in the Williams Funeral Service Chapel, Lexington at 2 p.m. Friday
with the Dr. Randolph L. Harrison and the Rev. David A. Dickerson officiating.
Interment will follow in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexington. The
family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
