GARDEN, Henry R. III, 46, of Norfolk, Va., formerly of Salem, passed away
Tuesday, December 21, 1993. He was a practicing attorney and a graduate of
North Cross High School, Roanoke College, and Washington & Lee Law School. He
was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Morgan Garden. He is survived by his
father, Henry R. Garden Jr. of Roanoke, his brother and sister-in-law, John A.
(Sandy) and Barbara E. Garden of Salem. Graveside service will be conducted at
Sherwood Memorial Park 1 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 1993, with the Rt. Rev.
A. Heath Light officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday at John M. Oakey and Son, Salem.
