MANN, Charles Howard Sr, 72, of Blacksburg, died Wednesday, December 22, 1993, in Montgomery Regional Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Virginia Wolfe Mann; two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles H. Jr. and Ann Mann, Blacksburg, Richard Neal and Patricia Mann, Okla.; three sisters, Mary Frances Peterson, Johnson City, Tenn., Virginia Elizabeth Moore, Meadowview, Va., Ruby Carolyn Reedy, Mouth of Wilson; two grandchildren. A memorial service will 1 p.m. Friday, December 24, 1993, at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Richard H. Horne. The family request that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements are being handled by Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
