VA.-BRED SHEEP TO BE SOLD IN JANUARY

The Virginia Commercial Bred Ewe and Ram Sale is set for Jan. 8 at the C.E. Richardson Livestock Arena at New River Valley Fairgrounds, just north of Dublin off Virginia 100.

Consigned animals will arrive Jan. 7 and undergo a stringent veterinary medical examination and review. Prospective buyers may attend the screening session.

Approximately a dozen farms have consigned livestock for this sale.
