OBIT MITCHELL, RICHARD LEE
MITCHELL, Richard Lee, 65, of Roanoke, died Saturday, December 25, 1993. He
was a retired foreman at Walker Foundry. Surviving are his wife, Juanita
Martin Mitchell; a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Jerry Crowder, Palmetto,
Fla.; two sons and daughter-in-law, Gary L. Mitchell, Johnson City, Tenn.,
Timothy and Kitten Mitchell, Roanoke; four brothers, Norman Irvin Mitchell,
Lakeland, Fla., Curtis Mitchell, Eugene Mitchell and Michael Mitchell, all of
Roanoke; four sisters, Barbara A. Moore, Nancy Orange, Lena Mae Welch, and
Doris Carter, all of Roanoke; three grandchildren. Funeral services will be
conducted at Lotz Roanoke Chapel noon Tuesday, December 28, 1993 with the Rev.
Fred Rakes officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel after 1 p.m. Monday.
