Any readers who have recipes for a beer-cheese soup served several years ago at the B52 Fighter Squadron restaurant in Atlanta, or for a broiled Missouri club sandwich with cheese or a lemon buttercup pie with custard filling, both served at the Miller & Rhoads tearoom - now defunct in downtown Roanoke - please send them in care of Shelf Life column, P.O.
