CIVIL WAR EXPERT SPEAKS AT MEETING

History professor and Civil War expert James Robertson will speak Thursday, 7 p.m., at the Blacksburg Newcomers meeting at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, Toms Creek and Prices Fork roads.
