REPORTED EARNINGS

Best Products Co. Inc., Richmond-based catalog showroom retailer with an outlet in Roanoke, Friday reported 1993 net sales of $1.5 billion, up 3.7 percent from $1.4 billion in fiscal 1992. Comparable-store sales increased 3.2 percent. Earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation, amortization and reorganization rose 18.9 percent, to $58.4 million from $49.1 million. The net loss for the year, which included depreciation, amortization and bankruptcy reorganization items, was $20.6 million compared with $29.3 million.
