FIRE, POLICE TO BE HONORED

A Community Appreciation Day to recognize the Christiansburg Fire and Police departments, the Rescue Squad and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department will be held Sunday, March 20, 2 p.m., at Christiansburg High School Auditorium.

The event is sponsored by the Christiansburg Congregation of the Virginia District of the Wesleyan Church. Donations will be accepted to cover expenses, and a donation will be made to the Rescue Squad and the Fire Department.
