READING TUESDAY AT TECH'S UNIVERSITY CLUB

Author and Hollins College English professor Rita Ciresi will read from her work on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Virginia Tech's University Club in Blacksburg.

Ciresi's collection of short stories, "Mother Rocket," won the 1991 Flannery O'Conner Award for short fiction and was a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Award.
