A new national magazine for people infected with the virus that causes AIDS is presenting former U.S. Sen. Barry Goldwater's grandson as an HIV-positive sex symbol.

Ty Ross, 31, of Scottsdale, Ariz., was photographed nude and talked frankly about his HIV status in an interview for the debut issue of POZ, out Tuesday.

POZ editor Richard Perez-Feria, said Ross, an interior designer, was chosen more for his looks than his pedigree.

Jon Secada, Gloria Estefan and Miguel Morejon won the Latin Song of the Year award for "Otro Dia Mas Sin Verte" ("Just Another Day Without You") at the first Broadcast Music Inc. Latin Music Awards.

Dudley Moore's performance of "Rhapsody in Blue" brought in a lot of green.

His black-tie benefit concert Saturday raised nearly $300,000 for the New World Symphony in Miami. About 700 people attended, paying up to $1,000 a ticket.

In addition to the Gershwin composition, Moore also performed two movements of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 21 in C, mugging for the crowd during difficult solo passages.

Dick Sargent, the second Darrin on "Bewitched," says he's near death from prostate cancer. "I don't know how much longer I have, and nobody can seem to predict it," the 63-year-old actor told "Entertainment Tonight" Friday. The disease leaves Sargent, who undergoes daily radiation treatments, increasingly frail. "I broke a rib - actually heard a snap," he says. The actor says some people may think that he has AIDS. "I don't have AIDS. I am HIV-negative," he says. "But if I did, I would wear that badge as proudly as everybody else who has it."
