David Hasselhoff is suing Sony Music Entertainment over a little Knightmusic that he claims never should have seen the light of day.

Hasselhoff, who filed a lawsuit Wednesday, says Sony released his album "Knight Lover" without his permission.

"David has never received a penny or accounting for any of this," said his attorney, Alan Dowling.

Dowling said "Knight Lover" actually is an unauthorized compilation of songs Hasselhoff recorded for Silver Blue Productions and Deco Associates, which are also named in the lawsuit.

Hasselhoff stars in the syndicated TV show "Baywatch." He previously starred in the TV series "Knight Rider."

\ Hank Williams Jr. will visit all his rowdy Japanese friends for the first time in 10 years.

Williams has scheduled two concerts next month in Tokyo and Oita. The concerts will be filmed for a one-hour documentary for cable TV's The Nashville Network.

"It's been 10 years since Hank has performed in Japan, and that was mainly for the American military personnel stationed there," Merle Kilgore, Williams' manager, said Wednesday. "This time he's going over to entertain his Japanese fans."

Williams' hits include "All My Rowdy Friends" and "Born to Boogie."
