SO?!!

If you're looking for something to do on Saturday afternoon, you might pay a visit to the Science Museum of Western Virginia at Center in the Square in downtown Roanoke.

Each weekend in April, May and June, "Center Saturdays: Children's Science Workshops" will feature a different science topic.

You can learn about reptiles, experience the wonders of physics and chemistry, or get wired by the fundamentals of electricity and magnets.

Each workshop costs $1, and admission covers the cost of materials. Preregistration is recommended, and to do that, or to get more information, call Miriam Langner at 342-5718. Staff report
