BLACKSBURG TRANSIT PLANS BUS ROADEO

Blacksburg Transit will hold its 10th annual Bus Roadeo today between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the transit facility, 2800 Commerce St. in the Blacksburg Industrial Park.

Thirty-five drivers will compete in safety, obstacles and simulated driving situations. Winners will represent Blacksburg in state competition in August, and the highest scorer will participate in the American Public Transit Association National Roadeo in Boston in September.
