CARROLL FACES ROUGH TRANSITION

David Haynie's Carroll County squad, which finshed 4-7 last season, returns only six starters.

There are spots to fill at nearly every position and the transition may not be a smooth one for the Cavaliers, who qualified for the Region IV playoffs last season.
