BLACKSBURG - The Blacksburg area 4-H Club is forming a horse and pony club for children and young adults ages 9 to 19.
Participants need not own a horse, but must have access to mounts for practice, demonstrations, and competitions.
The first meeting will be Monday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. at the Stoevener Training Stable on Mount Tabor Road. Members will discuss meeting schedules and monthly dues.
