GRAYSON COUNTY GIRLS WIN

Lindsey Carico scored eight of her 17 points in the fourth quarter to help Grayson County pull away from Radford for a 43-33 high school girl's basketball victory Saturday.

The Blue Devils (1-3) led 26-25 after three quarters but made 9-of-15 free throws to extend their lead in the fourth. Micki Young sank 5-of-6 foul shots in the period to finish with 13 points.

Radford (1-3) was led by Crystal Hubbard's 12 points.
